Which banner should you order?
13 oz vinyl is the everyday workhorse — grand openings, sales, events, real estate. It handles outdoor weather and folds for storage.
15 oz vinyl is heavier and stiffer, better for banners that stay up for months or hang in high-traffic wind.
18 oz blockout has a black core so nothing shows through from the back — the right pick for double-sided banners or bright backlighting.
Mesh lets wind pass through, which is what you want on fences, scaffolding and construction sites.
Sizes we print
There is no fixed size list. Type any width and height in inches and the calculator prices it instantly — 2×4 ft and 3×6 ft are the most ordered, but we regularly print 4×8, 5×10 and full building-wrap sizes. Need something unusual? Call (773) 350-0661.
Artwork and proofs
Upload a PDF, JPG, PNG or AI file at checkout. Our preflight checks size, resolution and bleed automatically and flags anything that would print soft. You get a free digital proof to approve before anything goes on the press. No artwork yet? Use the design studio or send us a sketch and we will set it up.
Common questions
How fast can I get a banner?
Most banners print within 1–2 business days after proof approval. Call (773) 350-0661 if you need it sooner and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.
Do banners come with grommets?
Yes. Every vinyl and mesh banner is hemmed on all four sides with grommets roughly every two feet, so it is ready to hang out of the box.
Can you print a double-sided banner?
Yes — order the 18 oz blockout material. The black core stops the back side from ghosting through the front.
Do you ship outside Chicago?
Yes. We print in Niles, IL and ship printed orders nationwide. Chicagoland customers can also pick up.
