Sizes that work
8.5 × 11 is the standard handout and the cheapest per piece. 5.5 × 8.5 (half sheet) costs less to print in volume and is easier to hand out on the street. Trifold brochures fold to fit a standard rack or envelope and give you six panels to work with.
Gloss or matte?
Gloss makes photos and color pop — the right pick for food, products and events. Matte is easier to read and can be written on — better for menus, price lists and forms. If you are unsure, gloss is the safer default for anything trying to catch attention.
