These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of raahsign.com and your purchase of printed products and services from Raah Sign (“we,” “us”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders & Artwork
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details and the content of any artwork you upload. By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have the right to print it. We review uploaded files for print readiness (size, resolution, bleed), but final responsibility for spelling, layout, and content rests with you once you approve the proof.
2. Color & Materials
Printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences and print processes. Reasonable color variation is not considered a defect. Material substitutions of equal or better quality may occasionally be made to keep your order on schedule.
3. Turnaround & Shipping
Production times are estimates and start after proof approval and payment. Shipping times are provided by carriers and are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because every product is custom printed to your order, see our Refund and Returns Policy for what qualifies for a reprint or refund. Defective or incorrect items will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion when reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and tools (including our online design studio) are our property or used under license. You keep ownership of artwork you upload; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your order.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to submit unlawful, infringing, or hateful content, or to interfere with the site’s operation. We may refuse any order at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new orders. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
