Rigid plastic signs (3 mm PVC) — custom size, printed full color

Expanded PVC is the lightweight rigid plastic sign used for interior directional signs, trade-show and event boards, menu and price boards, real-estate rider panels and covered-outdoor storefront signs. It cuts clean, mounts with tape, screws or standoffs and weighs a fraction of aluminum.

  • Directional / room sign (12 × 18 in): $17.95 minimum.
  • Menu board (24 × 36 in): 6 sq ft × $8.95 = $53.70.
  • Event board (36 × 48 in): 12 sq ft = $107.40.

When to pick PVC vs. coroplast vs. aluminum

PVC gives a smooth matte face that prints beautifully and stays flat indoors or under cover. Use coroplast for short-term outdoor yard and event signs ($4.95/sq ft) and aluminum composite for permanent outdoor signs ($11.95/sq ft).

What file formats can I upload?+
PDF, AI, EPS, TIF, TIFF, PSD, JPG, JPEG and PNG up to 500MB. For the sharpest print, high-resolution PDF or vector art is best.
Can I order a custom size?+
Yes. Use the size calculator above — enter any width and height (including decimals like 2.5) and the price updates live.
Do you offer design help?+
Yes. Use the free Design Studio to build it yourself, or hire our designer: send your text, colors and vector logo and we quote the design (most signs $45–$150). You approve the design before it prints.
Can I change my file after ordering?+
No. The file you approve at checkout is final and goes straight to production. Double-check spelling, size and resolution before you place the order.
